赵鑫，男，安徽省淮南市人，安徽财经大学特聘副教授，博士，硕士生导师，研究生兼职辅导员。2021年6月进入安徽财经大学从事教研工作，2021年6月聘为讲师。2021年9月特聘为安徽财经大学“龙湖学者”；2022年1月特聘为安徽财经大学特聘副教授；2023年6月入选安徽财经大学第六批校学术带头人后备人选。近年来，主要从事温室气体减排、经济绿色发展、自然资源管理等方面的学习和研究工作。目前主持教育部人文社会科学青年基金项目、安徽省高校优秀青年科研项目、安徽省哲学社会科学规划青年项目、安徽省社会科学创新发展研究课题攻关项目等省部级项目4项。2018年至今，以第一作者/通讯作者在国内外知名期刊如IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management、Energy Economics、Annals of Operations Research、Technological Forecasting and Social Change等发表论文40余篇，多篇入选ESI高被引和热点论文。在经济科学出版社等出版专著2部。有5项智库成果得到省部级领导或部门的批示或采纳。
